The 8x8x8 LED Cube with Arduino Uno is a complex project with easily accessible resources created by chr as well as Harry Le. This project is composed of 512 blue LED Bulbs, an Arduino Uno, a board, resistors, wires and more. It sits on top of a black box that hides all of the electrical components and has a button to activate the device. The button changes the animation that is created with the LEDs which could be various patterns or a count down.
This project could have commercial intentions. Its purpose could be for holiday displays and creating an intriguing window display that mesmerizes those that walk by bringing them into the building. It is also possible that this work could be intended to work with a persons mood. It could excite or calm someone who is in need of a visual distraction. With each click of the button, the viewer can create a mood for the room that they find appropriate or necessary to set a tone for the environment.
